Job summary

Litmos is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to advance our Learning Acceleration Platform. You will own delivery from design through deployment, building microservices, APIs, and front-end components with C#, .NET, React, and SQL Server.

You’ll collaborate with distributed teams in Agile environments, contribute to AI-assisted workflows, and help ensure performance, observability, and reliability across services.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, React, and SQL Server
• Experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance
• Experience working in Azure-based environments
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams (Scrum and ShapeUp)
• Experience working in AI-assisted development workflows
• Strong collaboration skills in distributed teams
• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from development through deployment, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Build and maintain services that support multiple product initiatives
• Collaborate with the database team to ensure data models, stored procedures, and queries are performant and scalable
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability to detect and diagnose failures
• Contribute to deployment activities and support releases as needed
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
