Job summary

Litmos is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the United States to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Learning Acceleration Platform. You will collaborate with engineering, design, content, marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver impactful features that improve learner engagement and organizational outcomes.

You’ll leverage AI capabilities and instructional design principles to enhance the platform, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in the EdTech or LMS industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI in software products.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps reflecting feature prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, content, and GTM teams.
• Analyze user data to drive data-informed decisions and measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations for go-to-market.
• Ensure requirements gathering is complete and acceptance criteria are defined.
