Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in EdTech or LMS.
• Strong AI understanding for software products.
• Delivery of product capabilities aligned with business goals.
• Experience with Agile development and product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of instructional design and UX practices.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, accessibility, mobile formats.
• Experience with reporting/analytics systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps prioritizing features.
• Lead GTM efforts with marketing and ops; communicate releases to stakeholders.
• Ensure KPIs and data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, content, and go-to-market teams.
• Gather requirements and write clear epics/user stories.
• Coordinate with QA for quality delivery.
• Create feature engagement materials and user documentation.
