Job summary

Litmos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Learning Acceleration Platform. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enhanced features that improve admin workflows and learner engagement across our global customer base.

You will partner with engineering, design, content, and go-to-market to define requirements, write clear epics and acceptance criteria, and measure impact with data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in EdTech or LMS is a plus.
• Strong background in how AI reshapes software products.
• Demonstrated success in developing capabilities aligned with business goals.
• Experience with Agile development and agentic product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear and compelling product vision and align it with company goals.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Communicate roadmap updates to customers, sales, and stakeholders.
• Ensure KPIs are in place and inform data-driven decisions.
• Co-Lead go-to-market efforts with Product Marketing and Product Operations.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, content, and go-to-market teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure clear epics and user stories.
