Latent AI is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join a team building an AI-powered customer support platform. You will own the platform end to end, from the user interface to the services, data layer, and agent runtime, including production deployment and live traffic behavior.

The ideal candidate excels in both frontend and backend, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that mixes live AI agents, real-time data, third-party integrations, and durable background workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web applications.
• Expert-level React and TypeScript.
• Strong Python and FastAPI experience.
• Experience with production-grade API and webhook integrations.
• Hebrew language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from UI, services, data layer, and agent runtime.
• Design and implement client integrations with vendor tools and handle real-world failures.
• Ensure production health, reliability, and scalable performance.
• Collaborate in a small team, communicate clearly, and take ownership.
