Midi Health is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to design, build, and own features across patient, clinician, and operational products. You will collaborate with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to convert ambiguous problems into shipped software that scales.

We value strong system design, hands-on coding in Django/DRF and React/Next.js, and a proactive ownership mindset with emphasis on automated testing and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications at production scale.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in a modern web stack – Django/DRF and React/Next.js.
• Seasoned at system design and producing clean, pragmatic architecture.
• Proficient with AI coding tools and workflows used by the team.
• Mentorship instincts and willingness to help peers grow through code review.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborates with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Advocate for automated testing, CI, and high code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own full‑stack features across patient, clinician, and operational products.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations to turn problems into shipped software.
• Write scalable, maintainable code balancing speed and long-term quality.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and raise the bar for code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
• Review code, engage in technical discussions, and help teammates level up.
• Use AI coding tools daily to multiply output and adopt better workflows.
