Job summary

Index Analytics LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve cloud-based applications and data platforms for a federal-government-facing client. You will deliver end-to-end software across front end, back end, and data layers, integrating RESTful APIs, ETL pipelines, and Snowflake data modeling.

The role emphasizes Snowflake, ETL development, Airflow orchestration, and AWS services, with collaboration across product, analytics, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Eight years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or six years with a Master's.
• Experience building full stack applications using modern development frameworks, relational databases, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL and Python for application development, data processing, and integration tasks.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, maintain, and enhance full stack applications and data solutions across the front end, back end, and database layers.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support integration between applications and data platforms.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines for batch and near-real-time processing.
• Develop data models and transformations in Snowflake.
• Use Apache Airflow to orchestrate data pipelines and workflows.
• Collaborate with AWS infra teams to deploy, monitor, and improve solutions.
• Document root cause/resolution and work with cross-functional teams in Agile.
• Help implement IaC and CI/CD for Snowflake deployments.
