Job summary

Index Analytics, LLC seeks a Sr. Database Administrator to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions for government clients. This role blends data engineering with cloud solutions using AWS, Snowflake, and modern DevSecOps practices in an Agile environment.

You will design data models, develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, implement data quality and monitoring, and drive CI/CD with Jenkins while collaborating across stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• US citizen or able to obtain US government badge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in data systems.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data solutions.
• Design scalable data models (star/snowflake) for analytics and AI workloads.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS and Snowflake tools.
• Develop data quality, monitoring, and CI/CD processes (Jenkins).
• Conduct advanced data analysis using Python and SQL.
