Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to deliver full‑stack analytics solutions. You will build reports from EMR, PMS and PDS data, create dashboards, and enrich datasets to support pharmaceutical initiatives.

You’ll contribute to product development and CI/CD pipelines in a healthcare data context. Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of software development experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and familiarity with GCP, Airflow and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic and sense of humor.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred.
• Airflow experience is desired.
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred.
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies.
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred.
• Experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase.
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS systems.
• Providing reports and dashboards to help practices and pharmaceutical companies drive efficacy.
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics offerings.
• Developing and defining new products for data initiatives.
• Supporting and building Sales enablement tools for feasibility requests.
• Daily operations and support.
