Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to deliver full-stack analytics and reporting across clinical data sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS. You will build analytic products, dashboards, and reports to support pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare practices.

The role requires 4–8 years of software development experience and strong Python plus SQL skills, with experience in BI tools like Tableau and data workflow tools like Airflow.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in software development, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good work ethic and sense of humor.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred.
• Airflow experience is desired.
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred.
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase.
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS.
• Providing reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics offerings.
• Developing new products to enable pharmaceutical manufacturers’ data initiatives.
• Support and build Sales enablement tools to provide feasibility requests to manufacturers.
• Daily operations and support.
