Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to build analytic products from clinical data, delivering reports and dashboards sourced from EMR, PMS and PDS systems. You will enrich data, define new products, and support Sales enablement tools, while handling daily operations in an agile environment.

The role emphasizes Python development, SQL, data visualization (Tableau), and open-source technologies, with a salary range listed and strong focus on healthcare

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic and sense of humor
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional)
• Python experience is required
• SSIS experience is preferred
• Airflow experience is desired
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred
• Experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS systems.
• Providing dashboards and reports to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics offerings.
• Developing new products to enable manufacturers' key data initiatives.
• Support and build Sales enablement tools to provide feasibility requests to manufacturers.
• Daily operations and support.
