Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics Engineer to design and deliver full-stack analytics products. You will work with data from EMR, PMS, and PDS to create reports and dashboards for practices and pharmaceutical companies, enabling data-driven decisions and insights.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in software development, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic and sense of humor.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred.
• Airflow experience is desired.
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred.
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies.
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred; experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase.
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS.
• Providing reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics.
• Developing and defining new products for pharmaceutical data initiatives.
• Supporting and building Sales enablement tools for feasibility requests.
• Daily operations and support.
