Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer in the US to build full‑stack analytic products from clinical data. You will deliver reports and dashboards to transform healthcare insights and support pharmaceutical data initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of software development, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Knowledge of GCP, Airflow, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional)
• Python experience is required
• SSIS experience is preferred
• Airflow experience is desired
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired
• SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred
• Experience building and deployment pipelines to support CI/CD (ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase)
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS
• Create reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products
• Enrich data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics
• Develop and define new products to enable pharmaceutical data initiatives
• Support and build sales enablement tools for feasibility requests
• Handle daily operations and support
