Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States seeks a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics Engineer who is a full-stack software craftsman working across all application layers in an agile environment to deliver reporting and insights for safer, more cost-effective healthcare.

You will build analytic products from clinical data from EMR, PMS, and PDS, create dashboards, enrich data from reference sources, and help define new products to advance pharmaceutical data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience, preferably in bio/pharma analytics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic and sense of humor.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred.
• Airflow experience is desired.
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS.
• Providing reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics offerings.
• Developing and defining new products for pharma data initiatives.
• Support and build Sales enablement tools for feasibility requests to manufacturers.
• Daily operations and support.
