Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to develop full-stack analytics products using data from EMR, PMS, and PDS systems. You will build reports and dashboards to drive clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness, enrich datasets, and develop new data products for manufacturers.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and familiarity with CI/CD, GCP, and open-source tools. Collaboration in an agile environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in multiple programming paradigms (OOP, Declarative, Functional)
• Python experience required
• SQL experience with relational databases (MS SQL preferred)
• Tableau data visualization experience desired
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and open-source technologies
• Experience with healthcare data preferred

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data across EMR, PMS, and PDS sources
• Create reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products
• Enrich data from reference sources to enhance analytics offerings
• Define and develop new products for pharmaceutical manufacturers’ data initiatives
• Support and build Sales enablement tools for feasibility requests
• Handle daily operations and provide ongoing support
