Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer. This full‑time, full‑stack role develops analytic products from clinical data across EMR, PMS and PDS systems, delivering reports and dashboards to improve therapeutic efficacy and cost efficiency in healthcare.

The candidate should have 4–8 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and Python + SQL expertise.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and work ethic.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming paradigms (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred.
• Airflow experience is desired.
• Data visualization with Tableau is desired.
• SQL experience with relational databases (MS SQL preferred).
• Comfortable with open-source technologies.
• Experience with healthcare data preferred.
• Experience building and deployment pipelines to support CI/CD (ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase).
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS systems.
• Provide reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enrich data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics.
• Develop and define new products for pharma data initiatives.
• Support and build sales enablement tools for feasibility requests.
• Handle daily operations and support.
