Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer, a full-stack software craftsman delivering end-to-end analytics across healthcare data. You’ll work in an agile environment to transform clinical data into actionable insights and reporting for safer, more cost-effective care.

You will build analytic products from EMR, PMS and PDS data, create dashboards, and drive data initiatives for pharmaceutical manufacturers, with daily operations and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience; preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good work ethic and humor.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming paradigms (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience required; SSIS experience preferred.
• Airflow experience desired; Tableau data visualization preferred.
• SQL experience with relational databases (MS SQL preferred).
• Comfortable with open-source technologies and healthcare data.
• Experience building/deploying CI/CD pipelines; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase.
• Experience with GCP; GKE Kubernetes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS.
• Create reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and use of clinical products.
• Enrich data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics.
• Develop new products for pharmaceutical manufacturers' data initiatives.
• Support and build sales enablement tools for feasibility requests.
• Handle daily operations and provide ongoing support.
