Job summary

The Trade Desk is hiring for a senior GTM engineer to architect and deliver agentic systems that automate pipeline hygiene, account research, and deal forecasting. You will partner with Product, Sales, RevOps, and engineering leadership to translate AI capabilities into measurable revenue outcomes.

Bring 8+ years of software experience, strong Python/TS skills, and a track record leading architecture reviews.

Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering related discipline with 8+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years building production LLM or agentic applications.
Fluent in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript with hands-on experience in agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.
Strong command of enterprise integration patterns: REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, and connecting SaaS GTM platforms programmatically.
Experience building full-stack applications end to end—from data pipelines and backend services to frontend tools used by sellers and traders.
Track record as a technical lead: driving architectural decisions and raising the quality bar across a team.

Responsibilities

Architect and build agentic systems that automate and augment GTM workflows using LLM orchestration frameworks.
Define the agentic platform strategy for the pod, including design patterns, tool-calling conventions, and guardrails.
Integrate core GTM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Slack) as agent-accessible tools and data sources.
Set the technical bar for the pod and lead architectural reviews across the GTM Engineering roadmap.
Mentor engineers in the pod on AI-first thinking and best practices.
