Qualifications

• 3+ years of comprehensive full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and financial accounting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process approvals, and enter all payables invoices into Intacct in a timely fashion.
• Prepare weekly payables and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Reconcile and post credit card statements and review Mastercard activity.
• Process all expense reports with proper department approvals.
• Track fuel inventories and communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Input payments within 2 days and pay within terms; generate monthly payables reports.
