Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business with emphasis in Accounting preferred or 4+ years in financial reporting and general ledger accounting.
• Proficient in standard business software including Excel and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and process payments by check, credit card, and ACH.
• Track and record company credit card purchases.
• Record invoices and receipts with correct coding and department approvals in QuickBooks.
• Process payroll for seasonal staff, review timecards, bonuses, and deductions.
• Renew business licenses and biannual reports.
• Maintain office files and fleet/insurance records.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial statements.
