Midwest Machinery, a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, seeks an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage accounting and admin duties across family-owned real estate and investment entities. The role covers bill payment, reporting, rental property accounting, cash flow, payroll coordination, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of working independently across multiple entities with a strong focus on accuracy and discretion.

Formación

• 5+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain QuickBooks for all entities.
• Record and reconcile transactions.
• Monthly bank reconciliations.
• Credit card reconciliations.
• Journal entries and financial statements.
• Monthly close process.
• Accounts payable and receivable duties.
• Payroll coordination and vendor management.
