Job summary

Air Control Concepts, in conjunction with Midwest Machinery, seeks a qualified Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee accounting and administrative functions for several family-owned real estate and investment entities. This role blends traditional bookkeeping with light family-office duties, including bill payments, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.

Located in Chesterfield, MO, this is a non-exempt, 32–40 hour/week position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks Online proficiency
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with multi-entity accounting
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain QuickBooks for all entities
• Record and reconcile transactions
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations and journal entries
• Financial statement preparation and monthly close
• Payroll coordination and vendor management
• Rental property accounting and reporting
• Family office document management and support
