Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience managing the full accounting cycle.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial records.
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Process vendor invoices, customer billings, and payment transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, depreciation, and cost allocations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets and income statements).
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and provide ad hoc financial analysis.
