Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support audits and work closely with external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and assist with system enhancements.
