Job summary

Accountex is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain accurate client financial reporting through reviews, analytics, and inquiries. You will handle monthly reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and strong Excel and QuickBooks skills. On-site position in Richardson, TX.

Qualifications

• QuickBooks experience – preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain client financial reporting accuracy through reviews and analytics.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of all accounts.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video.
• Prepare financial statements from collected data.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for clients.
• Help with payroll setup and use of payroll software via 3rd party partner.
• Assist onboarding and cleanup accounting work.
• Proactively address potential issues.
• Support training of accounting staff.
