Responsibilities

• Drives quality initiatives and Lean change to meet business plans.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measures performance.
• Leverages staff to generate improvement ideas and integrate them into plans.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers for resources.
