Job summary

ALO is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations Leader to drive daily warehouse activities, optimize labor, and ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment. You will lead managers and supervisors, implement Lean initiatives, and partner with IT to stabilize systems and throughput.

The role requires adapting to peak seasons, coaching teams, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a high‑volume distribution environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
5–8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in e‑commerce, fulfillment, or high‑volume distribution.
Experience leading large teams in a multi‑shift environment.
Proven ability to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Achieve SLAs for same‑day and next‑day fulfillment.
Coach and develop Operations Managers and frontline leaders.
Manage labor, staffing, and shift coverage for peak seasons.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve speed, quality, and cost.
Collaborate with IT and engineering to resolve system issues and improve throughput.
Monitor KPIs such as on‑time ship rate and order accuracy.
