Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to lead a high‑volume fulfillment team. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate shifts to meet distribution center procedures.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HazMat, and DOT regulations while supporting lean inventory practices in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, logistics, Business, Operations or related field or 2 years managerial experience.
• Experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution or Manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong process improvement and interpersonal skills; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities to meet DC procedures.
• Assist manager; implement training and development per guidelines.
• Lead improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA, HazMat and DOT.
