You will manage a team of Operations and Area Managers, ensuring safety, quality, and a world-class customer experience while collaborating with HR, Finance, Facilities, and IT to secure resources and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record leading operations with salaried and hourly staff.
• Experience developing leaders and managing large teams across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation with accountability for budgetary performance, people development, and operational excellence across inbound or outbound.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive Lean initiatives, process improvements, and quality programs to exceed business goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and peers to secure resources and share best practices.
• Cultivate ideas from teams and translate into actionable improvement plans across the network.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts, and broader network.
