Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations in Litchfield Park, AZ. This leadership role oversees day-to-day fulfillment operations, delivering service excellence and financial results while maintaining safety and morale.

You will guide LEAN-driven process improvements, manage budgets, and work with customers to meet their fulfillment needs. Strong leadership, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of operations experience in an automated multi-channel order fulfillment environment.
• 10+ years of experience in the distribution/logistics industry.
• 3–5 years of successful use of WES and WCS including production control and flow management.
• 5+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for fulfillment operations.
• Develops and manages budgets and financial plans.
• Evaluates, measures, and refines processes to improve service, quality, and efficiency.
• Improves customer satisfaction through strong relationships and service levels.
• Implements LEAN practices within the facility.
• Lead and coach support staff to achieve targets.
• Ensure timely reporting and proper billing.
• Collaborates with sales on new customer solutions, pricing, tours, and presentations.
• Identifies new business opportunities and implements solutions within existing client base.
