Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to build and lead a team of high-performing Supervisors in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will deliver and execute daily and short-term plans to meet operational objectives and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include managing supervisors and leads, maintaining safety and productivity standards, and driving continuous improvement across inventory control processes and ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in a fulfillment or distribution environment.
• Experience with Order Management System, Warehouse Management System, and/or Labor Management System; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Fulfillment Supervisors, Warehouse Leads, and associates.
• Maintain safety, customer service, and productivity standards daily.
• Develop inventory control processes and KPI dashboards; manage ERP/WMS data integrity.
