Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in fulfillment or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple leaders and a team of full-time and temporary associates.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust staffing to meet demand and objectives.
• Oversee inbound/outbound loading, inventory accuracy, and safety standards.
