Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fulfillment Operations to lead a team of high-performing leaders in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

You will deliver daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives, while coaching staff and maintaining strong client relations. You will oversee multiple leaders and a mix of full-time and temporary associates, optimize staffing, monitor KPIs, and drive safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in fulfillment or distribution preferred.
• Experience with Order/Warehouse/Labor Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple leaders and a team of full-time and temporary associates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Plan staffing schedules and adjust to meet operational demands and budgets.
• Manage inbound/outbound loading and unloading while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer service standards on a daily basis.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean culture across the site.
