Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in the United States seeks a senior fulfillment operations leader responsible for oversight of omnichannel fulfillment, budget management, and continuous improvement.

You will drive day-to-day operations with full accountability for service and financial performance, while aligning with clients to meet their fulfillment needs and maintain a safe, high-morale work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of operations experience in a multi-channel order fulfillment environment.
• Experience in an automated facility with Goods to Person (G2P) technology, production automation, or sortation conveyance.
• Minimum of 10 years in the distribution/logistics industry.
• At least five years of management experience; 3PL or retail distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for fulfillment operations.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Evaluate, measure, and refine processes to improve service, quality, and efficiency.
• Improve client satisfaction through strong relationships and service levels.
• Apply LEAN practices within the facility.
• Maintain safety and morale; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentoring of staff.
• Deliver timely monthly reporting and accurate billing.
• Collaborate with sales on new client solutions and pricing.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement solutions within existing accounts.
• Manage value-added services and vendor relationships.
