Amazon.com Services LLC in Kent, WA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a large-scale fulfillment operation. You will own budgets, develop leaders, and drive Lean improvements across inbound or outbound functions, delivering safe, high-quality service to millions of customers.

You will manage a salaried workforce, require working overnight/weekends, and influence cross-functional teams to meet ambitious metrics while growing leaders for the network.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Willing to work non-standard hours, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques.

• Own the operation – budgetary performance, people development, and operational excellence across inbound or outbound.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting expectations and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean initiatives, process innovations, and quality programs.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring safety, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and peers to secure resources and share best practices.
