Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Site Leader to oversee a large fulfillment center. You will manage a team of Operations and Area Managers, drive strategic planning, and deliver on safety, quality, and customer experience metrics.

Responsibilities include budget ownership, labor forecasting, peak season planning, and leading continuous improvement projects across the building, with mentoring and succession development for leaders and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree.
• 7+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations.
• Experience leading both salaried and hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers the operational budget for functional area, including safety, productivity, financial and labor planning, and operational goals for outbound, or inbound operations.
• Provides strategic level/long-term planning (3, 6, and 12 months out) including labor planning, rate forecasting, and peak season planning.
• Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Networks with other leaders across the network to solicit and share process improvements and drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Establishes objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Sets clear goals and expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
