Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead SAP Financial Services delivery and drive practice development. You will oversee multi-site delivery, mentor consultants, and steer programs to on-time, on-budget outcomes. Expect travel 25-30% and 2-3 days in EY offices.

Ideal candidates will have deep SAP transformation experience and strong client relationships across Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ year of system implementation execution.
• Experience leading cross functional programs onsite and offshore delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in the professional services field.
• Deep understanding of SAP based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Willingness to work 2-3 days per week in EY offices and travel 25-30%.

• Drive program sales, oversee delivery, and mentor staff to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
