Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for its SAP Financial Services practice to lead programs and drive revenue across global client engagements. You will shape end-to-end SAP transformations and mentor teams across on-site and offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years in system implementation and full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10–20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and managed revenue in professional services, including RFP responses.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through early program phases including business case development and infrastructure stand up.
• Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a financial services company or comparable experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
• Willingness to work in EY offices 2-3 days per week and travel 25-30%.
