Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its SAP Financial Services practice to lead program delivery and practice development. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage large global delivery programs, and contribute to sales and client engagements across Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets sectors.

The role requires extensive SAP transformation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a hybrid EY environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in system implementation life cycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Proven track record of sales and managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP transformation and leveraging S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through early program phases including business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development across SAP FS engagements.
• Drive sales opportunities and client responses to RFPs.
• Develop consulting staff and build delivery capabilities.
• Collaborate with program leads and SMEs to deliver end-to-end solutions.
