Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Financial Services to lead delivery and practice development. You will drive cross-functional programs, manage large teams on-site and offshore, and shape strategic responses to client requests for proposals. Strong SAP/S/4HANA expertise and prior consulting experience are essential.

You will travel ~25-30% to client sites and work in EY offices 2-3 days per week, contributing to transformative finance and risk projects in a globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years of system implementation execution
• Experience leading cross functional programs from 10-20 resources onsite and 30+ offshore / global delivery
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in the professional services field
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and drivers for efficiency leveraging core S/4 capabilities
• Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development and program support infrastructure stand up
• Understanding AI based delivery capabilities and methodologies
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching
• Prior consulting industry experience
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module
• Willingness to work in EY offices averaging 2-3 days per week and travel as needed to client project sites – estimated at 25-30%

Responsibilities
