Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead across program delivery and practice development. You will drive multi-team delivery, client engagement, and staff growth while shaping end-to-end SAP transformations for financial services clients.

Expect to work in EY offices 2–3 days per week with 25–30% travel, and contribute to a flexible, inclusive, globally connected culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in system implementation and SDLC delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10–20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development and program support infrastructure stand up.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development across SAP Financial Services.
• Develop consulting staff and enhance delivery capabilities.
• Manage multiple work streams and teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with program leads and subject matter advisors to provide cohesive client solutions.
