Job summary

Deckers Brands in the US seeks a Sr Software Engineer to shape the digital experience for UGG’s US/Canada sites. You’ll lead UI design, development, and implementation of high-performing, accessible components, mentoring juniors and coordinating with stakeholders.

In a Scrum environment, you’ll deliver reusable code, integrate third-party APIs, and ensure consistency across desktop and mobile interfaces while upholding ADA/WCAG standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and modern web tooling.
• Experience with React, Bootstrap or Vue and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of web standards including ADA and WCAG.
• Experience mentoring teammates in a SCRUM/Agile setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software for UGG digital platforms.
• Implement technical requirements within deadlines with quality and reliability.
• Develop reusable UI components to ensure consistency across sites.
• Integrate third-party APIs and features to expand capabilities.
• Collaborate in Scrum/Agile, provide estimations, participate in standups and planning.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices for coding and UI.
