Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to shape the digital experience for UGG’s US and Canada sites. You will lead UI development, implement accessible front-end features, and mentor junior developers in a fast-paced Scrum team.

The role requires deep knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS, React, Bootstrap, and Vue, with a strong focus on ADA/WCAG compliance and API integrations. Remote-friendly with USA-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-end development for e-commerce or consumer-facing sites.
• Experience building responsive UI for desktop and mobile.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise UI components for UGG's digital platforms.
• Implement features within timelines with quality and accessibility in mind.
• Develop reusable code libraries to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend site capabilities.
• Collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment with estimations and sprint planning.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding/UI best practices.
