Job summary

Deckers Brands, together, is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer for NA UGG to shape the digital experience across US sites. You will design, develop, and implement UI components, ensure accessibility and performance, and mentor junior developers in a collaborative Agile environment.

Based in the US with remote options, you’ll work with cross-functional teams and external APIs to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for our iconic brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments.
• Proficient with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and modern frameworks.
• Experience with React, Bootstrap, and Vue; ADA/WCAG knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Web Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software for UGG’s digital platforms.
• Implement requirements within deadlines, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Develop reusable UI components for consistency across sites.
• Integrate third-party APIs and widgets to expand features.
• Work in Scrum/Agile, provide estimates, participate in standups.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
