Job summary

Deckers Brands, home of UGG, seeks a Senior Front-end Engineer to shape the digital experience for UGG’s US/Canada sites. You will lead UI design and code implementation, creating accessible, high-performing interfaces and mentoring junior developers.

The role requires 5+ years in e‑commerce front-end, expertise in React/Bootstrap/Vue, and strong ADA/WCAG knowledge. Remote work from the US is supported, with collaboration in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of front-end experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing sites.
Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and web standards.
Experience with React, Bootstrap, and Vue.
Understanding of ADA and WCAG standards.
Experience with CMS and API integrations.
Experience working in SCRUM/Agile.
Bachelor's degree in CS or Web Development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software for UGG's digital platforms.
Implement technical requirements within specified timeframes with quality and reliability.
Develop reusable code components for company websites.
Integrate third‑party APIs and widgets to expand site capabilities.
Work collaboratively in a Scrum/Agile environment with estimations and standups.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices in coding, UI, and design.
