Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an Senior Front Office Application Support Analyst focused on Fixed Income to join a high-performance team in New York City. You will support production systems used by traders and connect across technology, infrastructure, and market data to ensure stable, compliant trading operations.

You will own incidents, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and drive improvements in automation, monitoring, and disaster-recovery readiness.

Qualifications

8+ years of Front Office application/production support experience; senior-level backgrounds preferred.
Hands-on experience supporting Fixed Income Rates and/or Credit products.
Strong understanding of high-availability trading environments.
Experience troubleshooting electronic trading workflows, market connectivity, pricing feeds, or related Front Office applications.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server/MSSQL or Oracle).
Scripting or automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Geneos/ITRS, Grafana, Prometheus, LogicMonitor, eG.
Familiarity with enterprise scheduling tools such as AutoSys.
Strong incident/problem/change/release/production-management practices (ITIL-aligned).
Real-time debugging, log analysis, root-cause investigation, and production troubleshooting.
Familiarity with electronic execution venues and market-data platforms.
Excellent communication with Front Office users and senior stakeholders.
Proactive ownership and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day production support for Fixed Income trading technology.
Monitor trading applications, pricing, market-data feeds, interfaces, connectivity, and execution workflows.
Troubleshoot production incidents in real time and coordinate cross-team resolution.
Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
Serve as technology contact for traders, sales, and operations.
Prioritize enhancements with business stakeholders to improve reliability and automation.
Coordinate testing, releases, deployments, and post-release validation.
Support connectivity and onboarding with trading venues, brokers, and vendors.
Maintain operational documentation for support procedures and escalation paths.
Support disaster recovery, audits, access reviews, and change-management activities.
Develop dashboards and service-level reporting for stakeholders.
