Axiom Path is partnering with a global financial institution to recruit a Senior IT Business Analyst for Global Markets Technology in Jersey City. You will support FX and derivatives trading platforms, bridging front-office traders, operations, and technology teams.

The role offers long‑term contract stability in a hybrid work model, exposure to complex trading workflows, and a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment requiring precise communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting FX and derivatives systems in a financial services environment.
• Strong product knowledge across FX (Spot, Forward, NDF, Options, Swaps) and money-market products.
• Experience with front-office or trading support systems and global stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for high‑pressure trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior IT Business Analyst supporting Global Markets Sales and Trading teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between traders, operations, and technology for issue analysis and resolution.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and facilitate resolution of production issues impacting trading and booking systems.
• Support user inquiries related to trade entry, pricing, booking, and lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely escalation and communication of critical issues.
• Contribute to system stability and operational efficiency across FX, derivatives, and securities platforms.
