Smith's Food & Drug Centers is seeking a Front-end Supervisor to lead the Front-end department. You will supervise daily operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and drive sales while maintaining high QA standards.

Formación

• Effective communication skills required.
• Knowledge of basic math for transactions and budgeting.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a retail environment.
• Retail or Customer Service experience is required.
• Front-end experience is preferred and beneficial.
• Front-end Supervisor experience is desirable.
• Management experience is desirable.
• Second language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Front-end department.
• Maintain safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
• Achieve department sales and profit goals and monitor QA standards.
• Execute best practices, goals, and standards for the Front-end department.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to direct reports.
• Assist store management with budget, P&L reviews and financial reporting.
• Schedule Front-end associates to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist customers with recommendations.
