Job summary

Nestlé IT & Digital Americas in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced FRM professional to run daily operations, develop executive-facing materials, and manage portfolio budgets and forecasting. You will coordinate with senior leaders across Commercial, Digital & IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely action.

The role requires 7+ years in business operations or portfolio management within a大型 organization and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years of experience in business operations, portfolio management, strategy support, or related roles in a large organization.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Commercial FRM function with clear visibility into progress.
Develop executive-ready materials communicating portfolio progress and priorities.
Own financial tracking including budget, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
Support Sr. Director of FRM in aligning and communicating across stakeholders.
Ensure leadership interactions are well-prepared and result in actionable outcomes.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Digital & IT, and other stakeholders.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.
