Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Five+ years of professional experience including at least three years in PM across process, IT, or M&A initiatives.
• Experience leading SAP or other technology implementations.
• PM certification preferred (PMP).
• Change management certification preferred (Prosci, HCI).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on project need.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top priority projects and strategic initiatives across Marketing and Sales.
• Embed a pragmatic project management mindset to simplify, optimize, and accelerate projects.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and business units to drive integration and growth initiatives.
• Provide governance and leadership updates to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation for future value.
